Shamanic Healing is one of the most ancient practices dating to around 100,000 years. The word originates from Siberian tribes - “Saman” which translates to “The one who Sees in the Dark” or “One Who Knows”. It has now been used to describe a type of healer in many other cultures.
Shamans often journey into altered states of consciousness to communicate with spirits, ancestors, and otherworldly beings. These journeys may involve trance-like states induced by rhythmic drumming, chanting, or the use of hallucinogenic substances. Through these experiences, shamans gain insights, guidance, and knowledge to help themselves and others navigate life's challenges.
Beyond healing, shamans play vital roles in their communities as counselors, mediators, and keepers of cultural traditions. They may perform rituals for important life events, such as births, weddings, and funerals, and provide guidance on matters of spirituality, ethics, and morality.
Overall, shamans embody a profound connection to the spiritual dimensions of existence, serving as bridges between the seen and unseen worlds and offering wisdom, healing, and guidance to those in need.
Healings vary for each individual. You may experience sessions that:
These types of healings go very deep, and there purpose is to bring you back into Ayni - reciprocity with yourself and all living things. Bringing you back to your own truth and lifes purpose.

Tarot is a very old form of divination and was invented in Italy back in the 1400’s. It started out as being made into playing cards and as time went on it was adopted into occult and fortune-telling purposes in France around the 17-1800’s.
Tarot consists of 78 cards total:
The Major Arcana refers to spiritual matters and important life events while the Minor Arcana deals with 4 different suits: Wands - dealing mainly with our ambitions (work related or business matters), Cups - focus on love, connection and flow, Swords - talk about potential conflicts, Coins/Pentacles - Money or material items.
I have been using these cards for a few years now and they have assisted me on my journey of healing and growth. Although we need to remember as well that tarot is not meant to dictate your life choices, only you can know what the best course of action is.
Tarot is just here to help assist, not direct. With this though, channeled messaging can also be used in readings, as everyone reads differently using their own intuition.
Channeled messaging can come in many forms, writing, hearing, full trance channeling. In my sessions I stick to intuitive channeling which is usually insights I hear from my guides and yours!

Reiki is a hands on or off healing session where energy gently flows towards any blocks in the body. These blocks can effect us energetically and can manifest in our body physically - aiding in the reduction of physical pain, anxiety and more. While helping to improve relaxation within the mind, body and spirit. Reiki focuses on alignment of our Energy Centres (the Chakra system - Chakra is sanskrit for “Spinning wheel/vortex” of energy.)
The 7 Main centres are:
Root: Linked to our sense of safety, security, and survival instincts. It's often associated with the adrenal glands and governs aspects of physical vitality and stability.
Sacral: Associated with creativity, sexuality, and emotional expression. It influences the reproductive organs and plays a role in our ability to experience pleasure and connect with others.
Solar Plexus: Located in the upper abdomen, governs our sense of personal power, self-esteem, and willpower. It's connected to the digestive system and influences our ability to assert ourselves and pursue our goals.
Heart: Positioned at the center of the chest, is associated with love, compassion, and connection. It influences the heart, lungs, and circulatory system, and governs our capacity for empathy and forming meaningful relationships.
Throat: Linked to communication, self-expression, and authenticity. It governs the throat, neck, and thyroid gland, and influences our ability to express ourselves clearly and honestly.
Third Eye: Located between the eyebrows, is associated with intuition, insight, and spiritual awareness. It's connected to the brain, eyes, and pituitary gland, and governs our ability to perceive subtle energies and access higher states of consciousness.
Crown: Situated at the top of the head, represents our connection to the divine, higher wisdom, and universal consciousness. It's associated with the brain, nervous system, and pineal gland, and serves as the gateway to spiritual enlightenment and transcendence.

Craniosacral is a hands on technique where light touch is used to assess and treat the inner structures of the spine, skull and sacrum. It focuses on balancing the cerebral spinal fluid within the spine and helping with intracranial pressure. It helps to bring the skeletal system back into balance that can help with reduction in pain, improvement in posture, and more.
Visceral manipulation focuses on our viscera (our internal organs). Using light touch, we can assess the mobility and motility of the organs and surrounding structures (such as ligaments, fascia, ect.). In doing this we can help to improve mobility in the body, reduce pain and inflammation in certain areas and help the body remember how to heal itself.
